$10,000 Reward for Return of Rare Mike Tyson Signature Series Coin Prototypes

Celebrity Mint, a Houston-based producer of precious metal coins featuring notable sports personalities, is reaching out to the public for help in recovering a set of rare Mike Tyson Signature Series coin prototypes. Offering a $10,000 reward, the company is hoping someone can aid in the retrieval of these valuable collectibles.

The prototypes, which include two 2 oz. and two 5 oz. silver coins, were part of the recently unveiled Mike Tyson Signature Series. Each coin is made from .999 pure silver and features a unique depiction of Tyson in his prime. These coins, certified by the Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS), are considered irreplaceable by Celebrity Mint.

Unfortunately, the coins went missing in October while being shipped to the New York Comic Con. Despite a thorough 90-day investigation by the courier, the prototypes remain unlocated. Recognizing the significance of these coins, Celebrity Mint is now seeking the assistance of the public in locating them.

The missing coins are easily distinguishable with their vibrant depiction of Tyson, showcasing his iconic red gloves and black shorts. On the reverse side, each coin features an image of Tyson with championship belts and a silhouette of King Charles III, indicating their minting in the Cook Islands. Furthermore, each coin possesses a unique certification number and spec number, making them easily identifiable:

1. Certification number 48311438, spec number 931992

2. Certification number 48311439, spec number 931992

3. Certification number 48311440, spec number 931991

4. Certification number 48311441, spec number 931991

Celebrity Mint, known for its legal tender trading coins featuring wrestling legend Ric Flair, has emphasized the significance of these prototypes and their role in showcasing the upcoming Tyson collection at Comic Con. The company is committed to recovering these irreplaceable pieces and is urging anyone with information to come forward.

If you possess any information regarding the whereabouts of these distinctive coins, identifiable by their certification numbers, please contact Celebrity Mint at (713) 597-6367 or via email at ryan@celebritymint.com. Your help is greatly appreciated, and a $10,000 reward is being offered for the successful recovery of these rare Mike Tyson Signature Series coin prototypes.
